TRIVEL’s popular hardware range is expanded with the new G100 MINI reference, featuring a more compact and minimalist design for interior glass doors of up to 60 kg, while matching the same aesthetic as the compact GT range.
The Trivel G100 is a hydraulic pivot hinge kit specifically designed for interior installations.
It is a system that acts as a door closer integrated into the hardware itself, eliminating the need to install traditional floor springs that require construction work.

Load Capacity:
Supports doors with a maximum weight of up to 60 kg and a maximum width of 850 mm.
Closing Control:
Features a mechanism with two adjustable speeds:
1st speed: Approach speed, operates from 150° to 10°.
2nd speed: Final closing speed, operates from 10° to 0°.
Opening and Hold-Open:
Allows a maximum opening of 150º and includes a fixed hold-open system at ±90º.
Glass Compatibility:
Suitable for glass thicknesses from 8 to 13 mm.
Resistance:
Certified to comply with the UNE-EN 1154 standard, guaranteeing durability of 500,000 cycles (Grade 8), and corrosion resistance Grade 3.
Available in standard finishes: IB, IS and NE (other finishes available upon request).
