TRIVEL STRENGTHENS ITS INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE WITH NEW PRODUCT REFERENCES
Design, high quality, superior durability and bespoke finishes
TRIVEL is very clear that, in order to stand out in the market, it must focus its efforts on developing value-added fittings that outperform strong Asian competition.
Hinges, pivot hinges, locks, magnetic systems… designed with higher quality and durability, and with full customization options in colors and special finishes.
SISTEMAS ESPECIALIZADOS VITEC, TRIVEL’s partner in Mexico, will present all of TRIVEL’s latest innovations at this new edition. A key event in the Latin American market, taking place from July 15 to 17 at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City.
Innovations that will attract new projects and renovation works in hotel facilities, where TRIVEL’s solutions stand out for their design, quality, durability and resistance in saline environments (spas, swimming pools, shower enclosures, etc.).
In addition, this year TRIVEL has introduced new fittings integrated with access control systems, such as smart knobs,
fingerprint recognition and facial control, applied to its locks.

TRIVEL’s flagship product, improved with concealed screws and enhanced performance for saline areas.
The new Hidrobi AT Mark III hinge with concealed screws stands out both for its new design and for its redefined performance features:
Covers made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
Redesigned hydraulic system, more effective in regulating closing speed.
Adjustable closing position alignment with a new alignment tightening system.
Greater strength and fastening to the glass (four tightening points).
Slotted holes in the wall or frame fixing base, absorbing possible deviations in the holes made during installation.
New “H”-shaped fixing base design, ensuring attachment to the wall or frame and reducing the gap between the door and the wall or frame. (Allows the clearance to be reduced to just ±4 mm).
New watertight stop system designed to provide greater sealing to the installation. (Eliminates gaps between internal components).
Versatility for different glass thicknesses:
For glass thicknesses from 8 mm to 12 mm, and up to 17.52 mm on request.
Adjustable alignment hinge for glass shower enclosures with pivoting doors.
Allows the door alignment to be adjusted in its closing position.

BASTET features an elegant design with straight, unobtrusive lines, with decorative covers made of AISI 316 stainless steel and Grade 5 certification (for saline environments).
What makes BASTET locks and strike plates stand out is their design with reversible CRONO handles (straight handle and triangular core) and COSMO handles (oval handle with soft shapes). Both handles are available in a wide range of metallic colors.

Magnetic suction cup set for glass doors to frame/ceiling.
Magnetic suction cup set for glass doors to glass side panel.
The magnetic closing system offers greater comfort and safety by ensuring that the door remains fully closed. MAGNET locks and strike plates feature a minimalist design, defined geometries and incorporate TRIVEL’s patented COSMO/CRONO handle design. (A system that allows handles to be interchanged and customized simply by changing the handles according to the user’s taste and as often as needed, without having to replace the entire lock.) Manufactured in aluminium and with concealed tightening systems.
