TRIVEL’s popular fitting range expands with the new MINI model, featuring a more compact and minimalist design for interior glass doors weighing up to 60 kg, while maintaining the same aesthetic as the compact GT series.

Trivel’s G100 is a hydraulic patch kit designed specifically for interior glass doors. It is a system that acts as a door closer integrated into the fitting itself, eliminating the need to install traditional floor-mounted door stops that require construction work.

TRIVEL has developed it with the integration of minimalist fittings from the GT series in mind, providing architects and manufacturers with a range that maintains a consistent aesthetic.

• Load Capacity: Supports doors weighing up to 60 kg and with a maximum width of 850 mm.
• Closing Control: Features a mechanism with two adjustable speeds:
  • 1st speed: Approach speed, operates from 150° to 10°.
  • 2nd speed: Final closing speed, operates from 10° to 0°.
• Opening and Hold: Allows a maximum opening of 150° and features a fixed hold system at ±90°.
• Glass Compatibility: Suitable for glasses with thicknesses from 8 to 13mm.
• Resistance: Certified to comply with the UNE-EN 1154 standard, guaranteeing a durability of 500,000 cycles (Grade 8) and Grade 3 corrosion resistance.
• Available in standard finishes: Bright, Satin and Black (standard finishes available upon request).
